Laal Singh Chaddha: 1300 shows of 'Lal Singh Chaddha' dropped, due to bad weather conditions on Friday

Aamir Khan starrer 'Lal Singh Chaddha' and Akshay Kumar starrer 'Raksha Bandhan' made weak openings at the box office. Both the films have collected a total of Rs 20 crores on the opening day. That is, both the films could not get the benefit of Raksha Bandhan holiday. This is the reason why now cinema owners have changed their strategy to reduce the loss.
According to media reports, cinema owners have decided to voluntarily reduce the shows of both 'Lal Singh Chaddha' and 'Raksha Bandhan' due to the poor performance at the box office on the first day. It is being claimed in the reports that "ayshay Kumar and Aamir Khan's film was released in about 10,000 screens across the country. But in some places maximum 10 to 12 people came to watch the film on the first day. It was decided to reduce the shows of both the films on the second day to save overheads and increase occupancy in limited shows.
